Christi Plastics is a custom plastic profile and tubing extruder. We custom manufacture extruded plastic parts made to our customers' required specifications. We manufacture single profiles, co-extrusions, and tubing.
We work with customers from small job shops to large global corporations. Your business is our business; our flexibility permits us to manufacture cost effectively in both long run production volumes and small prototype runs.
Top quality raw materials
We source raw materials from an array of premier resin manufacturers. Christi Plastics will recommend use the best resin for your application. We extrude polymers such as PVC, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, HIPS, ULTEM, TPU, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene. Christ Plastics custom extrusions will be color matched to your specification.
In house secondary fabrication, private label packaging, stocking programs
Many of our customers' parts require secondary fabrication. We have tooling in house for plastic fabrication such as hole punching, threading, beveling, bending, etc.
We also accommodate for custom packaging and labeling to your branding requirements. For qualified customers, we manufacture, stock and hold for release finished goods.
